How to drink Absinthe Supreme |

Remember, it is an art of joy and most likely you won't get it completely right at first. OK, maybe at first, but the second time it will be a complete disaster... relax yourself, you just can't go wrong!
Traditional Ritual
1. Turn on the music - tune in Supreme.FM |  | 2.
Pour one shot of
Absinthe SUPREME into a glass
3.
Place a slatted Absinthe SUPREME spoon on the glass. Place one or two sugar lumps on the spoon |  | 4.
Drip aprox. five parts iced water over the sugar cube - the mixture will turn cloudy |  | 5.
Add some more water, stir and drink |  |
Bohemian Style
1. Turn on the music - tune in Supreme.FM |  | 2.
Pour a shot of Absinthe SUPREME into a glass and dip a teaspoon of sugar in so that it absorbs the absinthe. Or you can just pour the absinthe SUPREME over the sugar cube into the glass |  | 3.
Light the sugar and let it burn so that it bubbles and caramelises (if the glass catches alight, quickly smother the flames)
4.
Pour the melted sugar into Absinthe SUPREME and stir
5.
Add some ice cubes
and bottoms up! |  |
